How do I return an item?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within specified timeframe in our 'Returns & Cancellations' section at the bottom of our website. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once RMA is requested, return process steps related to the type of your return will be provided to you, along with your unique RMA number. Any exceptions are noted on the product page of the item. Please review our return and exchange policy as it may apply to one of the following cases:

  • Returns Due to Damage, Defect, or Wrong Product
  • Small Package Deliveries
  • Large Package Deliveries
  • Returns Due to Buyer's Remorse, Mismeasurement, Misinterpretation of Color Due to Variation in Screens
  • Items Excluded From the Return Policy
  • Cancellations Due to Backorder
  • Cancellations Accepted Within 24 Hours of Your Order
  • Unable to Deliver Due to Customer's Unavailability
