I am being asked to reset my password. Why?

When we detect suspicious activity from an account we take the proactive step of locking that account. This serves the dual purpose of protecting your information and preventing fraudulent activity from your account. If your account requires a password reset, we may have noticed suspicious activity linked to your account and therefore took steps to protect it. The only way to regain access to the account is then to reset the password using the email on file.
