If you receive a damaged or defective item, please visit Your Account and select 'My Tickets' in the menu of your account section. You may open a ticket from that screen, and also follow any correspondences you may have with our support team. Please have your order number handy. You may also use the 'Submit a Request' page to upload any attachments. Please provide as much detail as you can to assist us with your case.
