I received an incomplete order

If you are missing an item, go to My Orders to verify that all items have shipped (to speed up delivery, items may ship from different warehouses and at different times). If you need to report a missing item, select 'My Tickets' from the menu and open a Support Request. Please make sure to provide your order number. In a case where you have multiple orders, please make sure your tracking details are corresponding to the correct order.
